Delivery, Setup, Delight.

During drop off -

We require someone present at the time of drop off to access water and sign the contract. After we roll it in, we utilize your garden hose to fill it up. All our tubs are bleached and washed before each use. Our tubs plug into a standard 120V outlet. Once it is filled, we provide you with chemicals and sanitation accessories, a filter and a cover. We do not leave until the tub is turned on and heating up.

During pick up -

We do not require anyone present at the time of pickup. We use a submersible pump with a long hose to drain the tub far from your house. Note: the water from your hot tub is not harmful to your lawn, plants or driveway!

HOW DO I BOOK?

Give us a call at 403-990-2224! We will require your full name, address, phone number, type and size of hot tub and a credit card number for holding the booking (no money is put onto it).

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If cancelling within 14 days of booking, 50% of the rental is required. There are NO cancellations over Christmas & New Years. Payment is made upfront.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOFTUB & ROTOSPA?

Our ROTOSpa's have the bells and whistles including 20 jets, 7 drink holders, stairs, seating and a cool down seat. Softubs are not inflatable and they are designed to sit on the floor (comfy pad underneath) with jets all around that massage your back at various heights.

HOW CAN I GET IT INTO MY YARD?

The hot tub fits through a standard gate of 36 inches for a Rotospa and 30 inches for a Softub. Ensure the pathway is shoveled and a clear space is available for placement.

HOW QUICKLY DOES IT HEAT UP?

Using cold water from the tap takes 36 - 48 hours. We recommend starting with hot water from behind the washing machine for quicker setup.

HOW DOES ONE GO ABOUT FILLING THE HOT TUB?

You can connect a garden hose to an outdoor faucet for filling. The filling process typically takes around 30-60 minutes, depending on your water pressure. Alternatively, we can expedite the process by using your hot water tank or laundry tap's hot water connection, allowing you to use the hot tub more promptly.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?

We recommend a minumum of 8 feet by 8 feet.

CAN I PUT IT ON MY DECK?

Typically, this isn't an issue; however, we cannot assume responsibility if your deck cannot support the full weight (up to 3000 lbs with water). Before deciding on the location, please inspect the deck.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

Anywhere from 45-90 minutes, depending on water pressure.

WHAT TYPE OF POWER REQUIRED?

Our hot tubs simply need a standard 120V grounded outlet. We recommend avoiding simultaneous operation of other devices on that circuit since the hot tub requires a peak power of 15 amps.

HOW CAN I PAY?

After drop off, we collect payment via cash or e-transfer. Credit cards can be used with an additional 4%.

HOW LONG CAN I RENT THE HOT TUB FOR?

We encourage you to get in touch with us directly to explore the duration. Most customers rent monthly and extension rental periods are possible based on availability.
